 The following policy applies to products sold via the apothecary:

• There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! Products will be replaced with the same/similar item if received in a damaged condition. Exchange must be requested within 3 days from the date received. Please check your product(s) as soon as you receive your package. If there are any issues immediately email info@iridescentsoulcenter.com with your name, order number,  product description, damage description, and any other pertinent information. 
• Processing time: Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days (not including weekends and Federal holidays). If you have not received an order status update after the appropriate time frame please contact us at info@iridescentsoulcenter.com for an update.
• Shipping time: Orders are shipped 1-2 times a week. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. Receipt of a tracking number DOES NOT indicate it has been shipped. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days from receipt of tracking number before checking status. 
• State of exchange: Damaged products will be replace with the same item upon return of damaged item. Seller (Iridescent Soul Center LLC) will provide a shipping label for product return. Product must be returned within 10 days or customer will assume acceptance of product and forfeit exchange eligibility. 
• Reason for exchange: If the seller sends the incorrect product, the correct product will be shipped at no cost to the customer. Please double check order before submission as those are the products that will be sent. Customized apothecary items are not included as they are custom made and may or may not contain desired elements from the buyer (unless buyer specifies said elements in their intention).
• Process for exchange: To exchange a damaged item, simply contact info@iridescentsoulcenter.com with the requested information mentioned above to begin the exchange process.
• Time length of exchange: Depending on availability, product exchange can take 2-3 weeks. If the product is unavailable and all efforts have been exhausted, a store credit equal to the amount of the product will be provided to the customer.
